We offer design and Permit Drawings for our Clients and in-house investment projects. Projects such as this one are often builder ready with Construction Permits and Demo Permits in hand and site services already coordinated making it easy for builders to do what they do best and for investors to easily understand profits projections. The existing house and lot was bought for $450k in derelict condition and sold for $610k with permits to a local investor developer.
